WELCOME...

...to my teaching portfolio.  I created this blog several years ago, so now that it is 2025, I will provide you with links to see even more student work and personal work that have come about since then.

This is my personal page which will give you a feel for me. I show off my artistic skills and my students', as well.

I was fortunate to teach art, music AND drama at Forge International School from 2019 to 2022. This page has so much to see: inspiration, references, student work, as well as my own art and singing.

I was a full-time substitute art teacher at Nottingham High School in Syracuse, NY. (Visit my Nottingham blog to see what my students were up to. NOTE: there are quite a few empty spots, most likely due to the fact that I no longer have a Google Drive for that job.)

I moved to Idaho in 2012 and it sure has grown on me! I have dedicated myself to teaching and have had a wide range of teaching positions. Landing a full time art teaching job again would make me very happy.

Tessellations

I love creating tessellations and so do the students.  We started with paper versions and then worked using the Paint program.

Greeting Cards

We made a variety of greeting cards during the week. We made pop-ups, origami shirts, wizards and wreaths as decorations, mini quilts, monsters, and marble highlighted cards.
